RETURN POLICY โ€“ EVA FIORI

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@evafiori.com.
Please include clear photos of the product(s) and a short explanation for the return request.

Items must be in perfect condition, exactly as they were shipped by us.

Returns must include the original packaging and invoice.

Items purchased on sale or during a promotion are final sale and not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

All return shipping costs and fees are the responsibility of the customer.


RETURN PROCEDURE
To initiate a return, email info@evafiori.com including the reason and clear supporting photos.
Customer service is available Monday โ€“ Friday, 09:00 โ€“ 18:00.
Unresolved requests will be prioritised the following business day.

Note: We do not accept return requests by Instagram DM or Facebook.


DELIVERY DELAY
All delivery dates are estimated. While we do our best to meet them, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or other external factors.


REFUNDS
Returns are processed within 7โ€“12 business days after arriving at our warehouse.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
Please allow several business days for the amount to appear in your account.


NO REFUND ELIGIBILITY IF:

  • Insufficient information provided in the return request

  • No photos of packaging included

  • No damage report submitted on the day of delivery

  • Original packaging disposed (required for investigation)

  • Items returned used, damaged, or not in original condition

Please note: We cannot offer refunds for mistakes made by the customer, such as incorrect shipping address. We can re-ship your order at an additional shipping cost.
